Worcestershire Elite Girls Football Centre

Opportunity for talented Girl footballers in Years 6 to 11

Worcestershire Football Association & Paces

Elite Girls Football Centre

Worcestershire FA and PACES have teamed up to provide talented female players in Worcestershire the chance to be part of an Elite Centre aimed at bridging the gap between Regional Talent Centres (RTC) and local grassroots clubs.

With the nearest RTC in Birmingham we aim to provide girls in this county the chance to receive high quality coaching to extend their learning throughout the year. The eventual aim would be that we help provide players with the opportunity to step into the RTC system when trials happen towards the end of the season.

The 20-week programme will concentrate on the individual player and will be developed in small age appropriate groups, with high level coaches who will work with the players through a series of action points to help aid their development. The centre is an extra development tool for talented players and will not impact on current teams that the players play for.

We are holding a trials evening on Friday 10th November at Worcester University between 6pm and 7pm, with a view to starting the centre the following week.

To apply for a place at the trials evening please visit http://www.paces.co.uk/worcestershire-fa-girls-booking-form/ or call Jim McGettrick on 07799 021482.
